The building blocks that make great champions are the same ones that build great organizations and increase personal achievement.
Some of you may be familiar with the concept of "Vision 54"; some of you may not, so please let us explain ...
In "Vision 54" lies the embodiment of perfection. To be specific, Vision 54 refers to the perfect round of golf. On a par 72 course, a birdie at each hole (one under par) would attain this "Holy Grail".
Some have come near (American PGA players David Duval and Notah Begay both shot- 59 and European Ladies Professional, Annika Sorenstam also shot - 59) but so far "Vision 54" has eluded everyone who plays golf professionally.
However, its core message of not limiting one's performance by restrictive thinking is one that businesses, individuals and sportsmen and women everywhere will understand.
Another way of looking at "Vision 54" is to remove old attitudes such as accepting limiting beliefs and unproductive situations. “Par for the course” should be looked upon in the same way as the “Peter Principle” - we are ALL capable of doing better and that's precisely what we all should strive for. Even if we don’t succeed all of the time in reaching all our goals and objectives, we constantly improve along the way by adopting the core belief embodied in Vision 54.
How do we achieve this?
We make sure our mindset is right, that our whole set up is geared to steering us towards our goals and objectives, be they personal or corporate. In other words we program our Inner Navigator to guide us there.
Without successful navigation your destination will not be reached. Ask any sailor. As the ship is tossed and turned by heavy seas and wind, its computerized navigational system makes corrections and adjusts its heading to ensure the ship successfully reaches its destination.
As individuals, we too have an onboard navigational system - our mind. Our own personal Inner Navigator and it will either successfully lead us to our destination or see us flounder on the rocks.
You will find contained in this web site products, links to services and training courses that are geared towards developing your Inner Navigator be it on a Personal, Sport or Corporate Level.
More and more sportsmen and women are turning to Sports Psychology and NLP to help them get the most from their abilities. In the Corporate arena, businesses are realizing that the building blocks that make great champions are the same ones that build great organizations and increase personal achievement, and are also employing these techniques to help motivate and develop staff and create better relationships with clients and customers.
Isn’t it about time you ensured that your own Inner Navigator is keeping you on the correct heading?
